Hello, @Wowels,
Thank you for your response.
To solve your issue please follow the steps.
1/ We suggest switching to the XStore Parent theme if you are currently using the XStore Child Theme on your site (Appearance > Themes). After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme. Let us know the result.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards,
The 8Theme Team.
Hi, Thanks for the reply
I just changed the theme to the child to parent, the options worked perfectly. I think it’s unsafe to use a parent theme without a child theme (needs customizations).
In my understanding, the child theme is causing this problem. Is there any way to solve this problem?
Hello, @Wowels,
Thank you for your response.
1/ Following your recent adjustments, wherein the theme was switched from the child to the parent, we are pleased to report that the options are now functioning flawlessly. This confirms that the issue originated from the additional customizations made to your child theme.
We kindly request that you download and install a fresh child theme on this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ on your website, ensuring that no additional code customizations are included. We believe that this approach should rectify the problem at hand.
2/ Please read our theme documentation about the child theme and parent theme:
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/
https://www.hostitsmart.com/blog/difference-between-parent-theme-child-theme-in-wordpress/
We hope this information is helpful.

Hi, Thanks for the reply
1. Currently we have not done any customizations to the parent or the child theme.
2. As instructed downloaded and installed the parent theme, child theme, and core plugin, once again but the problem exists.
please advise
