    Hello @eausiris,

We suggest that you turn off the Mobile Content Optimization option (Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other.

Additionally, we suggest that you navigate to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources, and set them to Off.

Additionally, please provide your website’s WordPress Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic so that we can further investigate the issue on your site and provide assistance.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our support team is always available to help.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, Eausiris

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem. Let us know the result of this test.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
