Some problem with automatic emails that woocommerce send

Grettings,

I have a problem with automatic emails that woocommerce send when, change on status order.

When i make a order, send Invoice pendig paid, but when i cancel same order Sen an email as I paid the order.

Also when i change status order to failed too send as paid email notication to customer.

We are used Built-in Email Builder.

How can we solve this issue?

Hello,

1/ Make sure that you are using the latest versions of WooCommerce, theme and XStore Core plugin

2/ Please check how it works when our Email Builder is disabled.
