    Dear Support,

    1) My client’s main page will be the online store. How do I put some content in this space? It is possible?
    I tried to edit the shop page, but it appears blank.

    2) How do I translate this title? (I have the Loco plugin installed)

    3) How do I translate this title? (I have the Loco plugin installed)

    4) Where can I modify this banner?

    Hello,

    1) If you add any content to the shop page (Pages > edit Shop page) it will appear before/after the products depending on Shop Page Banner Position option from theme options. Also, you can use the Shop page banner content area https://gyazo.com/eb07e7f12e1536d357f1e65420ea1d27 (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Position & Shop Page Banner Content )

    2), 3) Go to Appearance > Widgets > Shop widget area > edit title of the widget

    4) Enable WPBakery page builder for the Static blocks http://prntscr.com/rpjqhv After that go to Static Blocks > edit static block that was chosen in the Shop widget area http://prntscr.com/rpjs1g

    Hello,

    Make sure that your translation files are updated – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/
    Do not forget to clear the cache before checking the result on the frontend.
    If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    I have confirmed that this variables are already translated on pt_PT.po, using Poedit or Loco plugin, but they don’t show on website

    Hello,

    1) You can translate the mentioned string in Loco Translate > Plugins > Xstore core plugin > create translation and translate the necessary strings.

    2) Make sure that translation files for your theme are xstore-pt_PT.po, xstore-pt_PT.mo and placed at wp-content/languages/themes. If you placed translation to xstore theme folder (wp-content/themes/xstore/languages) you will lose it after the theme update.

    1) Regarding the text “Or Sign In With a Social Network” (in Portuguese: “Ou Entrar com uma Rede Social”), I can’t find it anywhere! Where is this text?

    Hello,

    1) http://prntscr.com/rv8tsl Translation fixed. Check now.
    2) Don’t duplicate translation files to different directories, use the System one https://prnt.sc/rv8pev
    After plugin update always sync your translation files. We did that and found that the mentioned string is not translated http://prntscr.com/rv8pve !

    But I don’t how .. I have used Poedit on /public_html/wp-content/languages/plugins/woocommerce-pt-PT.po and I found this text and translated, but it does not show on the website, I don’t find it anywhere else

    Ok.. About the last msg…. I’ve Found that one !!! 🙂

    There is still one that I Is not translating and that it’s the word “Categories” (Categorias in Portuguese). That shows on mobile menu.

    I have found it on xstore-pt_PT.po but It does not show on the website
    Can you help me with this one?

    Hello,

    That translation comes from XStore Core plugin. Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore core > finish translation of all the frontend elements related to header (mobile and desktop) like log in/registration, categories on mobile etc.

    Right now I am not using the Loco plugin to translate. I am directly editing, using Poedit, only the files located in the folders

      / public_html / wp-content / languages / plugins
      / public_html / wp-content / languages / themes

    Hello,

    That text is untranslated only if the Wordfence Security plugin is enabled. So, contact plugin support to find out how to translate string because I still don’t see it in plugin translation files https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-translate-error-the-username-or-password-you-entered-is-incorrect/

    Hello, Good morning,

    How can I remove the category “Uncategorized” (“Sem categoria definida in Portuguese”) from the drop down list?
    It also appears on the mobile categories list.

    Hello,

    1) Check this post about Uncategorized category https://passwordprotectwp.com/remove-uncategorized-wordpress/

    2) Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core plugin > create a translation for your language or edit the existing one if it was already created and translate the Add to cart string.
