Some sections in the home page above the footer section is missing

Some sections in the home page above the footer section that are appearing in the theme is missing and only a white space is appearing. Please find the attached document and provide a solution.

Theme Options > General > Enable Classic Widgets Panel > On, then go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > PreFooter > delete empty static block widget.
Also, add the next code in Custom CSS for page area https://prnt.sc/DrH1mQeQOoOT

```

Now the white space is removed. How can I enable the section shown in the attachment that is appearing just above footer in the theme home page.
