Some theme translations does not show up at frontend

Hello,

The translations of some texts in the header and footer does not show up in the frontend. I have cleared the cache but still nothing. I am attaching image.

Hello,

Some text in the header and footer can’t be translated. I have found and translate the strings in WPML but the translation does not take effect in the storefront
