The Close icon in the popup cart is missing when I open it.
Category pages have no title when I switch over to other pages using the pagination available at the bottom

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.
Also, I can see you have the cache on your site from the server (CDN), I suggest you to please flush it completely and all the other cache as well and disable them for a while till you are in the development process and also remove your site cache as well and then check back.

I also need some information. I need to change my top header menu based on Geolocation. I have written a php code for that but I do not know where to implement that. So would you know where the header.php file of the theme is? I’ll attach the code to the private content area

If you want to know the location of the file header.php then you will find it under wp-content/themes/xstore/

Social login is not working for me. It used to work previously when my permalinks were postnames. Now it is changed to page ID and its not working now. I have changed the OAuth redirect URL to reflect the change and it goes through the process and returns the My account page as is i.e. before sign in.
Another fact is that we migrated the hosting to AWS and are using ALB now. Does that affect the login in any way?

Yeah, that might affect Logins and that issue seems to be independent of our theme, could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Three, just to make it sure that the issue is from our theme or not?
If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress theme as well, then it will make sure that the issue is not because of our theme and in that case you have to contact the WordPress support because once it will be fixed with the default WordPress theme, it will automatically work fine with our theme as well.

Can I enable the search feature to include Product tags as a basis for search? If so how can I do it?

Our theme searches by title, description, SKU, posts, and pages. It does not search by tags, brands, or categories. https://www.8theme.com/topic/include-brands-in-search-results/
