Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core > make sure that you translated the mentioned things there. Provide us with WP Dashboard access if that does not help.

Thanks for the reply. I see that you provided only WP Dashboard access. I don’t see FTP access. If you don’t know what FTP access is then contact your hosting provider to get that information.
