Hello, I hope you are doing good today.
As I do some changes on the website via the Theme Options of Xstore or Elementor. I save the changes and after 1-3 days the changes undo automatcly. So it going back were I left it just like if I did not change it.
And Also some of the products lose their images and we will have to go again and add images to theme.
This is not happening each day but I noticed this latly more then ever.
And I wanna ask please what is the solution for this ? Thanks in advance.
Hello, @chilly,
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this issue to our attention.
1/ We have determined that the issue you are experiencing may be related to a caching problem on your server. We kindly request that you clear your server’s cache and then re-examine the monitor for any changes.
We trust that this action will resolve the matter.
2/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options and check again.
In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin and CDN, we recommend temporarily disabling them.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and are here to provide any further assistance you may require.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team.
I already disabled CloudFlare and LiteSpeed and cleared the cache for both.
For example. I removed some code in some Xstore css Files and after that I checked again the other day and found that the code was back again to the files.
Dear @chilly,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would be grateful if you could provide us with a list of the CSS files that you have recently modified. This information will enable us to conduct a thorough review of the changes.

one example is this file kirki-styles.css [check image kirki-styles.css] I deleted some fonts located on it. but after a while 24h I go back I find the code I deleted is back as you can see in here [please check kirki-style-fonts-removed image].
And The same thing is happening with elementor when for some products’s categories its laways changes or the products change in the home page of my website candyhype.com
I repaired + optimizaing the database tables many times but stil the same problem. I talked to my hosting support and they virified from their end that everyhting is fine and no malwares on the website.
I hope you could help me fix this problem because its really urgent and I can’t do any changes anymore while this is happening.
Dear @chilly,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that subsequent to the removal of the font-face from Google Fonts, it is imperative to adjust the permissions of the file located at wp-content/uploads/xstore/kirki-styles.css. Please set the file permissions to 444 to ensure that the theme is unable to reinsert the Google Fonts into this file.
For more information, please take a look at this: https://www.malcare.com/blog/wordpress-file-permissions/.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

AS I said its not just this file but many other files. also some of the settings in Xstore theme options changes over time.
SO for example if I changed some of the css in the custom css in Xstore theme options background-color: red; the next 5 days I found out that this style is removed automaticly on its own.
I hope I explained well. And I hope you could help me resolve this issue.
Thank you in advance.
Dear @chilly,
We would like to inform you that the custom CSS code has been successfully implemented in the following location: Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS. For your reference, here is a screenshot of the code in place: https://prnt.sc/GaTVdA00gDLe.
We will now monitor the situation to determine whether the custom CSS remains intact. It is important to note that this matter is predominantly associated with server-related issues.
Warm regards,
The 8Theme Team
