    Hi there,

Sometimes the PayPal payment method appears in the mini cart area, but most of the time the PayPal payment method is missing there. Whats the reason for this behavior? Where can I configure the available payment methods within the mini cart area?

    Screenshot is attached.

    Thanks,
    Patrick

    Dear @patrickjanko,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that the settings you are inquiring about are generally associated with the payment plugins being utilized. Typically, these plugins provide options to either configure separate settings for the locations of the Payment button or display it by default.

For instance, if you select the PayPal payment settings, you can configure the locations of the Payment button. Please refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/F0bL_HmzU4WZ. Additionally, you can find further configuration options here: https://prnt.sc/CyP4FRDdjYzW.

Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, the PayPal buttons cannot be seen in Mini Cart, even though I configured it that way.

    Dear @patrickjanko,

I hope this message finds you well. Could you kindly verify whether the issue persists exclusively with the XStore theme when no third-party plugins are active (you have 71 currently active) ? Should the issue also occur with the default WooCommerce Storefront theme, we recommend reaching out to either PayPal plugin support or WooCommerce for further assistance.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hi there,

    I’m not thinking that’s a PayPal issue.

When I put a product in the shopping cart, the PayPal button is visible in the mini cart area. After I go to another website within the web shop and open the mini cart there, the PayPal buttons are no longer visible – only the reserved space where the buttons are normally located is visible. If I go back to another shop page and open the mini cart, the product can no longer be seen. And I don’t think it’s a problem with the WP cache either.

Something is wrong with the mini cart area.

    Best,
    Patrick

    Dear @patrickjanko,

I hope this message finds you well. We apologize for the delay in our response.

We previously requested that you test whether the issue persists when using the default Storefront theme. Unfortunately, we have not yet received any feedback regarding this. Could you kindly confirm if you have had the opportunity to perform this check?

Additionally, we asked if the problem remains when all third-party plugins are deactivated, noting that you currently have 71 active plugins. We have yet to receive a response on this matter as well. Could you please verify whether this test has been conducted?

During our recent attempt to access your website, we encountered an error, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/i7Mwk0su5naw.

It appears that the main PayPal issue may be related to one of your plugins or possibly incorrect PayPal settings, which do not globally load certain scripts but instead load them only on the Single Product page.

We kindly ask you to provide updates on the aforementioned tests at your earliest convenience. Your prompt response will greatly assist us in diagnosing and resolving the issue effectively.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,

    Jack Richardson
