I’ve unfortunately never worked with a visual composer such as this and am running into some issues getting going.
– I can’t get the main menu to show up. I believe the correct boxes are checked.
– I’ve tried to replicate the Parralax example from your demo, and failed miserably. I then attempted to import the demo content so I could modify it instead, as what I’m going for is relatively simple… and literally nothing happens after I install. No pages added, nothing changes. I’ve tried numerous times, being sure to “save”… nada.
There are SO many great features, it will take me some time to learn it well, but if you could get me started with this (for now?) I’d appreciate it.
Thanks!
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
Thank you.

Certainly, thank you.
hello
I have changed your homepage template in page settings from blank page to default and now header with menu is visible. Please confirm that you would like to install base demo content. it will overwrite database files and change theme options.

Thank you. Whatever you did… it did put a menu there but it also added a sidebar I don’t want. I suppose this doesn’t matter as yes: I would like to activate the parallax theme demo.
Thank you!
Hello
1.I have changed layou to without sidedebar for your homepage as on the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/750t4r
2. I have implemented part of the parallax demo content without images because i was unable connect to your ftp. Please check ftp credentials to your site.
With best regards

I should be able to simply implement the parallax demo from the button included in the site on my own anyway without having to share my FTP information to do so. Was that not part of the features of this theme? Why is that not working as it should?
I have included my FTP information again below, and verified it is correct. Please fix the issue that is causing me to be unable to implement demo content. Then I can activate the demo content myself with one click as I am supposed to be able to. OR go ahead and implement the Parallax demo as I’ve asked, and then explain to me why we are having this issue please, and when/how a permanent fix will be implemented.
Hello,
To be able to install template variants via Theme Options you need contact your host and ask them to increase values for the functions upload_max_filesize, post_max_size and enable allow_url_fopen function.
Now I’ve manually imported images for Parallax page. Please check it:

I have provided you with FTP access, so I do not understand why you cannot simply install the Parallax demo as we have been discussing this entire time. I really need to move forward with this project. I do not want it installed under birchandbone.com/parallax, I want the entire theme to be the parallax demo with all pages and images set up as the demo is so I can modify it from there. I thus far have not made any progress this entire time waiting for the demo install.
Thank you.
Hello,
I’ve selected Parallax page as Front Page in Settings > Reading.
Please check your site now.
I wrote in the previous post what you need do to be able to install templates variants via Theme Options:

I was able to resolve this issue on another domain by making the changes you itemize above. However I am now trying to install the Parallax demo on another domain. I have replicated the modifications made to the php.ini file from what the other, working site has… and yet again the Parallax demo will not load.
Am I missing something or is this an ongoing problem?
Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content to check the issue.
Thank you.

Please see below.
Hello,
As I see there are low values for upload_max_filesize, post_max_size functions. Please ask your host to increase them to 64M and enable allow_url_fopen function (it’s disabled now).
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
This is what the php.ini doc is showing, can you confirm this please that this is what you are seeing now too?
; Increase maximum post size
;post_max_size = 100M
; Increase maximum upload size
;upload_max_filesize = 100M
; Increase execution time
;max_execution_time = 600
; Memory Limit
;memory_limit = 64M
; Enable url fopen
;allow_url_fopen = on
I am also having the same Screets issue with this site as I mention in a different post you are working with me on.
Hello,
These values are commented. You need remove ;
for all functions, so it will look like
; Increase maximum post size
post_max_size = 100M
; Increase maximum upload size
upload_max_filesize = 100M
; Increase execution time
max_execution_time = 600
; Memory Limit
memory_limit = 64M
; Enable url fopen
allow_url_fopen = on

Eva Kemp.
Just did as you said and simply removed the ; and now when you go to the site entourageleasing.com, this is all you see:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in /nfs/c11/h05/mnt/206581/domains/entourageleasing.com/html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/config/map.php on line 2357
I am putting them back temporarily so I can at least access the site.
Hello,
To fix the error “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted” you need increase memory_limit value to 128M.
Please try it.

Eva Kemp.
Excellent, resolved. Thank you!
Hello,
you are welcome!
