Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). Do you have the mentioned issue when the Storefront theme is enabled?

Contact WooCommerce support in this case https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
If you have the same issue even with the Storefront theme (default theme) it means that XStore theme is not the reason of the problem and something is wrong with the WooCommerce or with any third-party plugin that you maybe use. So, contact WooCommerce support. We are able to help only if issue is related to XStore theme.
