“sort by” option not working on shop page.

    Whenever I select any of the sort option on shop page, there is only 15 product showing on the screen. no more products are being load. (for PC and mobile also)

    I tried switching pagination method to “load more” but still not getting all the products to load. I tried disabling other plugins also, it didn’t worked.

    It’s happening with every available sort option. (popularity, average rating, price…)

    Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.
    We need to find out if the situation is caused by XStore or by something else.

    Thank you for the quick response.

    I switched to Storefront theme temporary and the “sort by” function worked perfectly. So the issue is with Xstore theme.

    Please guide needfully, sharing temporary admin credentials to troubleshoot

    As you can see, products are loading fine until I select any of the sorting option.

    Please update the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and XStore Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

    Clear cache after the update and check if the problem is fixed.

    In case this doesn’t help, please provide FTP access, so we can check the situation more deeply.
    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Hello, I updated the theme and core plugins, then cleared cache.

    Still having the same issue as can be seen on above screen recording video.

    Check the destination folder of our user, or ask your hosting provider for help with this, we need access to your WP installation.
