    Hi again.

    Can you please advise how to remove the gap between the header menu and the main content on the homepage?

    The other pages use this area for the breadcrumbs, so it’s ok there, but this is wasted space on the homepage and I’d like to remove there.

    Thanks

    I see you asked for wp-admin access. Sorry I didn’t provide that earlier. I’d prefer to make the changes myself if you can provide the custom css.

    If you visit the site: http://www.designbykathryn.com you can see what I’m referring to.

    Thanks,
    Rob

    Hello,

    Try to add this code into custom.css file.

    .page-heading {
    padding:0;
    }
    .page-heading .row-fluid .span12 {
    padding-top:15px;
    }

    Here is a video tutorial how to create custom.css: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qok2zRedRMY&feature=youtu.be.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    That did not have any effect. I cleared the cache, ran from multiple browsers, etc.

    Do you have any other suggestions.

    Did you have selected ‘On’ in Theme Options -> Custom CSS -> Enable Custom CSS file?

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Of course. I’ve been working with you to support several issues. I have needed to implement tons of custom css.

    I’ve moved on, I’m over this theme and the hacks it takes to make it work.

    Additionally, your theme has so much broken code it causes the page to load incredibly slow.

    I’m sure you’re glad to see me go, but I wish you actually made a theme that didn’t need so much work.

    I can’t login to the admin panel. Apparently you change the access.

    Yes, I did. I removed the theme. The theme and the service have sucked and I’ve decided to select another.

    Mostly, it was the horrible code that caused the page speed to be lower than 90% of all websites. I should have tested that before I purchased it.

    Oh, now you want to help? I thought you and the developers were too busy for customizations.

    No thanks. I’ve spent too much time and money customizing a crappy theme. Its like trying to turn a ford fiesta into a maseratti. It’ll never happen.

    The theme may look nice, but the page speed scores are absolute crap. And if you actually want a store that has tons of products and loads in under 10 seconds, this isnt the right theme.

    Best of luck, I’m sure you’re happy to see me leave.
