I tried to see images load bit slow can you see what is wrong ?
also this is a dedicated server with 32 gb ram so I don’t know why so slow the homepage and images load blank etc
Hello, @Aulakh, Sam,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1/ Upon reviewing your website, we have observed that the current configuration utilizes the ‘Lazy’ loading type for images and the wp-rocket cache plugin. This setting may contribute to the slightly slower loading times you have experienced with image display.
Should you wish to enhance the loading speed, you have the option to modify the image loading type. This adjustment can be made by navigating to the following path within your website’s dashboard: XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
For your convenience, we have included a reference image to assist you with this process. https://imgur.com/StTqQyh
2/ Website speed depends on various factors that we do not control. What we can do is share the links that can help you with speed optimization: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins.
We are writing to address the issue you have been experiencing with your website’s slow loading speed. After conducting a speed test on your website via GTmetrix, we have found that the performance is suboptimal. You may review the results at the following link:

We recommend that you review the suggestions provided by GTMetrix in the Top Issues list, accessible here: https://imgur.com/Ig2NTbT & https://imgur.com/GZiwxXT
About your results on gtmetrix results:

Edit your page and Product elements. It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header;
–Properly size images: https://gtmetrix.com/properly-size-images.html

Dear Sam Aulakh,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that the warnings you have encountered originate from the Google Maps API. Please be assured that Google is expected to address these in an upcoming update to the map loading process.
At present, these warnings do not impact the loading speed of your website and may be disregarded. Our development team is aware of the issue and will implement a permanent fix in a forthcoming update.

i have disabled lazy from rocket and it loads pics faster but can you check and guide on best setting possible for your inbuilt speed optimiser
Hi @Aulakh, Sam,
WP Rocket plugin support should be able to help you find the best settings to speed up the site (all options of the plugin should not be activated at the same time, it is required to find a correct combination of settings that will not conflict with your site content and additional plugins and give best speed test results).
For example settings from one of our demos – https://gyazo.com/e95ac59fe4d0b6b5e8bcf67a1cb6881d

Also, please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ , and disable unrequired plugins because every additional plugin slows down the site a bit.
