Speed up my website its decreasing automatically after increasing speed and breaking sections

i tried to speed up website by using litespeed cache and w3 minify plugin by compressing css and java script but in some sections its breaking the side.

If speed is good it will automatically decrease within 5-10 mins.

please check website speed on page speed insight & improve the speed
