I have a problem in finding the location of ( Spend €310.10 to get free shipping) this option under the shipping cart card, it opens when we click on the cart icon in the menu. can you please guide me how can i change the numbers in it or if i want to disable it how can i do that?

Hello support team.
I have an issue with the theme update, it is showing me an error ( An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature)
please help me to solve this issue.
