Sport Theme Desktop Version didn’t work properly

I had an issue with my site when the customers use Desktop Version the theme didn’t work properly and all the functions didn’t work some times it work with me in chrome and brave very well but not fine with Firefox and bing some of my customers Face a problem with the desktop with all browsers Please help

Hello Lokman,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.

Do you use a cache plugin? Please test how it works when this plugin is disabled.
