Spotlight categories section not showing all categories on Shop page

Hi,
I have added many categories but only few of them are visible on SHOP page.

Pls suggest that how I can make all them visible.

Also, I would like to remove “Uncategorized” from search bar option.
Pls let me know how I can do that.

Pls go through attached screenshot.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.
