Hi. We are experiencing uptime problems with our web and the hosting provider says that this slow query (in private area) is eating all the RAM capacity. I just wanted to know, if possible, if it is something related to the theme or the WP core. ¿Can you please tell me if so, or give me a clue to follow? Thanks!
Hello, @luzactual,
The provided information is a slow query log entry from your WordPress database. The query appears to be an update operation on the ‘wp_options’ table. However, without further context, it is challenging to determine whether the query is related to the theme or the WordPress core.
The slow query log entry shows the execution details of the query, including the query time, lock time, and the number of rows examined, sent, and affected. The query seems to be taking a significant amount of time (2.89 seconds) and consuming a considerable amount of RAM, which could be the cause of your uptime problems.
To further investigate the issue, we suggest trying to reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to investigate it more deeply and find the root cause of the issue.
Best Regards,
