I am currently running IDstore on OxygenProducts.org

All other items on this website load securely. I get to the checkout page, https is fine either until the accordion tabs open, or when I select a province in the “billing address” tab.

    I receive the following errors:

The page at ‘https://oxygenproducts.org/checkout/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but displayed insecure content from ‘http://oxygenproducts.org/wp-content/themes/idstore/images/chosen-sprite.png’: this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.

    oxygenproducts.org/checkout/:1
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://oxygenproducts.org/wp-content/themes/idstore/images/chosen-sprite.png

Could you please assist me in correcting this problem?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

The error means the link http://oxygenproducts.org/wp-content/themes/idstore/images/chosen-sprite.png should be loaded with https as well. Please make sure you’ve changed all links to https.
The second error – 404 (Not Found) – means there is no such image “chosen-sprite.png” in the directory wp-content/themes/idstore/images/. You should also check if you’ve uploaded it or its permissions.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I know what the error means, but which file should I change the links to https in?
I can’t seem to find the file that is attempting to load this link. I suspect it may be dark.css in IDstore or chosen.css in the WooCommerce directory. That is why I’m asking for assistance.
Also, there is no such file in wp-content/themes/idstore/images/, only in the WooCommerce folder.

    * By WooCommerce I mean the WooCommerce plugin directory itself, not the WooCommerce directory within IDstore.

    Regards.

Please try again. I could log in fine, but I reset the password to the previously sent one again.

Credentials are still working fine. I disabled a security plugin that may be blocking country.
FTP details are also still good. I can send you the FTP config files for CoreFTP, Filezilla and Cyberduck if you wish. Just send me your email.

It seems like the SSL is working now. I haven’t received any feedback from you though I assume you had something to do with it? 🙂

    Hello,

We haven’t done any changes. It seems that you put image into the folder and this fixed the issue.

    Regards,
    Jack Richardson
