State and coupon - by ganda - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello!

    i have a problem at the checkout page.

    When a client chooses France at Country then the state tab disappears but when he hits proceed to Paypal there is a notification for the missing state entry and it does not allow the client to proceed the order. The problem does not appear only for France but for some other countries too.

    Plus i have disabled the use of coupons but the option is still there..

    Hello,

    The same issue persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront. Activate it in Appearance > Themes and check yourself. Try to update Woocommerce plugin to 2.5.1 version.
    Concerning “Have a coupon?” text, you can remove it in the file wp-content/themes/classico/woocommerce/cart/cart.php in line 141.

    I updated woocommerce to the last version 2.5.2 and the problem is still there at both storefront and clasico.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    In this we recommend you to contact Woocommerce support as the issue persists with their default theme Storefront. Ask them to check Checkout page with Storefront.
