I’m experiencing an issue where the state list fails to appear when selecting a state while filling out the billing information form. Instead of showing the dropdown with available states, it only displays the current state, without an option to select a different one.

We suggest activating another theme for a test, specifically, the Storefront (default WooCommerce theme), which can be found under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard. This test should help determine if the issues persist irrespective of the theme used.
