Hi,
I created a static block and used a shortcode to add it to the category and tag pages in the description
The static block displays fine on it’s own page but when displayed on the Category or tag pages it’s not formatted
Weirdly, it displayed fine initially but then when I edited and refreshed the page it changed to the format you’ll see on the link. Plus any changes I make such as adding a new widget doesn’t reflect either. This has happened twice as I created another static block when it happened the first time
I’ve tried deleting the cache and nothing is happening
Please can you advise?
Thanks
Temi
Hello @Naborhi,
We have reviewed the pages you provided and they appear to be functioning correctly. Please find attached screenshots for your reference.

We believe this to be a caching issue on your end. We suggest clearing the cache of your site and browser and then checking again.

Hey Tony,
Thank you for your quick reply. I tested on my mobile and the first couple of page refreshes seems fine but then it reverts to the list again. Same on my browser. I don’t understand what’s causing it. If you try a few pages you will see it too I think
Hello Naborhi,
We have conducted further testing of your site, including different pages, and it is functioning properly. We have also recorded a video of the process, which you can view here: https://www.veed.io/view/7df4f1f9-5834-4d26-a941-275465e34f07?sharingWidget=true&panel=share. We are confident that the issue is related to caching on your end.
