    Hello,
i have a problem with the collums of the static blocks after i clicked on a product.
It changes from 3 or 2 collums , which i configured, to 1 collum like it is on the mobile configuration no matter on which device.
A refresh of the pages doesnt help but when i click on home in the navigation menu then all collums in the static blocks working like they should till i click on a product…

Any idea what causes that problem?

    Dear @alx,

We hope this message finds you well.

We wish to inform you that we have temporarily disabled a specific feature on your website, which can be reviewed at the following link: https://prnt.sc/53kYhonf-OhS. This action was necessary because pages not based on Elementor are not loading the CSS for correct layout globally.

Should you require this feature to be reactivated, we kindly suggest contacting Elementor plugin support for assistance on how to include the basic CSS globally across your site.

As an workaround you may build your footer with Elementor so the Elementor styles will be loaded globally everywhere, once you finish the re-building of Footer you can switch the ‘Ajax dropdown’ option back for testing.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are here to assist with any further questions or concerns you might have.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
