Hello.
Please help me with this situation: I am using since a few years the theme and sometimes I see in the footer area where is a static block, sometimes is not showing. Now after the latest update it is not loading anymore. I tried empty cache but still is not showing. This is happening on desktop, on mobile it is ok also in admin mode it is ok.
Can I do something to make the block showing all the time ?
Hello, @sirius,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin and CDN, we recommend temporarily disabling them.
2/ Furthermore, If the issue persists, Please provide screenshot of the problem and we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and help you to solve your issue.
We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Thank you, it is working ok now.
I have one more issue, I thought not opening another topic, maybe is something obvious and easy but I can’t seem to figure out. On my website I have phone numbers on top left header and in admin it always shows as it should, white text but as soon I log out or I check from other computers, the phone text is black.
I ran troug all the settings but can’t fix it. Maybe you can help me with this also ?
Hello, @sirius,
Thank you for your response.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:
