Hi guys,
I am experiencing issues with the static block footer.
It doesn’t work on all devices. Example right now it can be seen only on mobile phone devices.
Sometimes it works on PC/Tablets but only on certain pages (home, shop, products etc).
The problem is it doesn’t work all the time for all devices as it should.
The responsive configuration is not touched so I have no idea what could cause this.
I tried to disable some plugins but without success.
Can you please check and advise?
Thank you.
Hello,
I do not see the problem with the footer on your site (checked a few pages).
Please clear all cache (plugin, cache of browsers, CDN) and check then.
Provide URL of page where the footer can’t be seen.
Regards
Hi,
I am using Static Block in my footer. I have configured different background color from the default footer color.
The problem is from time to time and in some pages the footer appears in dark color which was the default theme’s color.
I have cleared all cache (server and browser) and I don’t use CDN at this point and again from time to time the color appears dark. Even in devices which open the website for the first time the problem is observed.
Do you have any suggestions what could be the problem?
Hello,
Please provide screenshots of the problem and the correct display.
Also, provide URL of the login page and temporary wp-admin access.
Regards
Please find in the private section all the details required.
The problem is the color of the footer is changing constantly between the configured color (pink) and the default theme’s color (dark).
Hello, @zaza13,
Actually, the thing is that using more than 1 cache setting will cause unexpected issues on the site. Let me tell you.
Siteground Optimizer is a cache/optimizer plugin and Also, the theme optimization feature has optimization and cache options in it. So from both of these things, you have to use only 1 because using more than one at the same time will conflict and cause issues on the site.
This is the main reason for this.
And I have Checked your site now and found that you updated the core plugin but you did not update the theme so to avoid any inconvenience You need to update the theme – https://prnt.sc/isWqCWG5RVVY https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
Do not update the Core plugin before the theme, next time.
Further, you can read our theme documentation article here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
Regards 8Themes Team.
