Static block not appears on tab and mobile version

I have added a new global section static block which is Enjoy a 50% sale on all perfumes and many types of Oud!
But it does not appear on mobile or tablet

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello, @Freelancer,

Your issue has been solved please check back to your site now after removing the browser cache, It was just the cache issue, I purged the cache from your site and it resolved the issue.

Hello, @Freelancer,

Please try to remove the server cache and then disable it for a while and also remove and deactivate the site cache and plugins and then check back to your site after removing the mobile browser cache.
