Static Block not refreshing - by erinok - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Our footer area is using a static block. No matter what we do, when we save the static block it never changes on the site. We have deactivated the cache to be certain it wasn’t a cache issue. It isn’t. The footer simply does not show what the saved static block shows. As far as I can tell everything is up to date, including theme and plugins.

Hello,

I’ve checked this problem on my test site and there is no such problem. Please try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check.
