    Hello, Anime y Motto,

We have disabled the Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and the option to Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. These changes were made through Theme Options > Speed Optimization to address a compatibility issue with the cache plugin settings on your website.

Ok, I see that the footer and the static blocks are well display but now the principal is no charging correctly or is not charching at all. I tried using differents browsers, clearing the cache and nothing.

Thats a big problem but also I notice that on the shop page (animeymotto.com/shop) theres a missign category filter, but its only in that page because in categories and brand ones I see the two fliters (brands and category).

We are so close to this pago to work, just a little more

    Hi,
I see that the principal page is now charging correctly, thank you very much.

But in the shop page (https://animeymotto.com/shop) , I still can’t see the filter products by categories, only the Brand one, just this one final thing and everything will be perfect.

Thank yoy for your help, we really love how this page is looking.

    Hello, Anime y Motto,

We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully resolved the issue with the categories on each page. Please take a moment to review the changes at your earliest convenience.

Additionally, we would like to emphasize that after adding a new category, it is necessary to clear the cache. This is important because WooCommerce caches the existing categories and the number of products within them.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best Regards,

    8Theme’s Team
