I’ve just installed the xtheme on a fresh install, and am getting familiar with the static blocks system. I am unable to access Visual Composer on any post-types other than page and post. I am not given the option to enable them for ‘static blocks’ within the Visual Composer Role Manager tab. It is as is the post type itself isn’t registering, although all static blocks appear fine on the front end.

Currently the site has 90% demo content.

    Any ideas?

    Hello,

We are sorry that you faced this issue. But we have already fixed it and all you need to do is to reinstall “Xstore post types” plugin. Just remove it and install from scratch.

    Regards

That may very likely be the issue, seeing as I don’t have any version of that plugin installed at all!

Where can I find that plugin? It doesn’t seem to be in any of the packaged files in theme folder either. All I have is an ‘Xstore Core’ plugin.

    Thanks

I´m having the same problem. Please share the solution here. The plugin “Xstore post types” as you recommend to update does not exist anywhere.
    Thanks

    Hello,

Go to Plugins > deactivate and delete XStore Core plugin. After that go to Appearance > Plugins and install 8theme Core plugin again. Also, plugin archive you can find here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
