Static Block – Secundary Menu – backend Editor

Good morning, I made a previous query (in general forum of the theme) of how to make adjustments / changes in the secondary menu, they indicated me the corresponding turorial video, followed the steps but I do not see the option of backend editor. As an additional fact, I have the WpBakery page builder plugin installed and active, on the homepage it works well for me. Please watch the video at 00:40, it’s that option that does not appear, “Backend Editor”
I leave the URL of the site, it is momentary, I am doing tests and knowing the theme to leave everything configured and finally migrate the site to the final domain.
