Static block stops working on Product Pages and Archives

I noticed today a static block I use for a top menu item goes wrong when on a product page or archive page. I setup staging site and still not sure why its networking

On the main menu at CLUBS, it should show a mega menu of 5 columns. which it does on FRONT PAGE and other non-product pages but if you select any item from this menu you are taken to a Product Archive Page the Menu now shows everything on the left column. This also appears on PRODUCT pages.

Wonder if you can have a look to see what setting I must have switched on I am missing.

Try to disable “Ajax Menu Dropdown” in Theme options > Speed optimization.
