Hello,

Provide a screenshot of the frontend where a user can click on the static block.
Lightshot screenshot tool can be used to take screenshots and share them.

Go to Appearance > Menus > add a custom link – http://prntscr.com/109d5eu in settings of this menu item select type Mega menu and your static block. For example – http://prntscr.com/109d6lf https://prnt.sc/109d6y2
