Hi,
I used to edit the static blocks with WPBakery Page Builder. But the function is gone after I updated. How can I edit the static blocks with WPBakery Page Builder now?
Please see the screen shot: https://prntscr.com/m3n8oy
Thank you
Hello,
It’s because of WP 5.0 update. Make sure that you use the 5.6 version of WPBakery plugin that supports the WP 5.0. If not then update plugin (Plugins > disable and delete WPBakery, then go to Appearance > Install plugins and install it again, you’ll get the updated version).
Also, you’ll be able to disable Gutenberg editor in WPBakery settings.

Hi,
I tried to update it on the plugin update page, but there is an error just like before: https://prntscr.com/m3o5xo
Is it means I have to delete it and install it again?
Hello,
Go to Plugins > disable and delete WPBakery, then go to Appearance > Install plugins and install it again, you’ll get the updated version of plugin.

Hi,
Do I need to back up first? Will I lose the settings?
Hi,
Before I delete WPBakery Page Builder, I went to Appearance > Install plugins to search “WPBakery Page Builder” and “Visual Composer”.
Normally, the plugin will be shown even I have installed, right? So how could I install it again?
