Hi, I hope you can help, I’ve just noticed that the Visual Composer functions seem to have stopped, that is the footer and the products page. This happened BEFORE I updated to from 5.1 to v5.2 which i got from your files area. The admin seems ok, is it essential to purchase the license for this to work? if so, I’ll probably use Site origin instead.

Also, note that the front page Related Posts images have gone enormous and destroyed the look of the front page.

Can you also advise how I find the code for the shop header and the shop product gallery which is already there. When I go in to edit the shop, I only see the Meta Slider shortcode and nothing else.

    Full width Banners and Content.
I would also like to do some full width sliders on the products page. I read that VC offers this since 4.7, but I have a feeling that needs a license now, so I know I can do it in Site origin, but i will need a short code for your header to be added into the new products front, do you have that available? or any advice on how to pull in the products gallery that is already on the products page?

    Many thanks in advance

    Best regards

Hi, the site is back up again now, I’ve had to disable some plugins to make it work faster.

So, I’ve switched off Visual Composer and using Site Origin for the front page but need to now redo the products home page, where do we edit or recreate it?, how is the actual product grid brought in, or is it hard coded to that page number, I need to put a full width slider under the header, would that be possible? I’ve switched off Related Posts, the images had lost it’s width and height attributes, I couldn’t see why that would happen, i also saw it through the whole site out with big images too, so i’ll manage without that one and find another related posts.

I hope you can help, many thanks

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
You wrote a lot of text, so I am little confused.
Let’s try to sort out problems step by step.
    1. We didn’t face any compatibility problems VC with our theme, but you have many 3-rd party plugins and they may cause problems in works. You need to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then activate Visual Composer.
    About plugins license – http://prntscr.com/fxiytk
    2. I don’t see problem with Related Posts on your site, so please provide screenshot for better understanding.
    3. The Shop page is default woocommerce page, so you can’t edit the page using VC, available page settings you can find there – http://prntscr.com/fxiawk, also, you can use Theme Options > Shop.
As I see, you added this part of shop page content http://prntscr.com/fxj0gy in Widget area http://prntscr.com/fxj0xt
    4. Unfortunately, this part of question is bit unclear for me, please describe issue with screenshots

    Regards
