Static blocks don't work properly when I install W3 Total Cache

    Static blocks don’t work properly when I install W3 Total Cache. The pre-footer’s CSS is not working.

    Thank you for your assists. I have solved the problem. I solved it by turning off all of the options in Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
