Have gone through all the online support group help and tried all the suggestions.
Nothing appears to add the item so I can edit the footer static block.

Hello, Derek0310,
We appreciate your prompt response.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If this doesn’t help, please provide FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,

Hi,
I carried out the process of turning off the plugins.
Suprise, Suprise, its Elementor that’s causing the Static blocks menu to disappear.
Any thoughts how I can resolve this as Elementor makes working with the blocks easy.
Many thanks
Derek

Hello @Derek0310,
Thank you for your thorough investigation into the issue we’ve been experiencing on your website. While it’s puzzling that you seem to be the only ones encountering this issue, we appreciate your efforts to identify potential causes.
You can access the Static Blocks through the top bar XStore item -> Static Blocks (https://prnt.sc/5_65VC5yFlKS) that seems like a feasible workaround. We understand the importance of being able to edit Static Blocks and are willing you to try this solution.
Thank you for your understanding and proactive approach in addressing this matter.
Best regards, Jack Richardson
