    Hi!

We want to use the static HTML blocks to display information on the product page.
Now there is no browser which shows them correctly ?
I have some screenshots of the same product page. You can see the difference. How can I fix this?

    Thanks again.
    Luc

    Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

For sections inside tabs, we would recommend you disable stretch, for example – https://prnt.sc/_pwxdQ2PU_U8

Also, we’ve disabled “Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources” in Theme Options > Speed Optimization.

Please clear the cache and check now.
Make sure that all your browsers are up to date.

“Link with popup not working in firefox” – where is this link? Where should we click to be able to see the mentioned popup?

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Thanks Rose Tyler,

You can find the link of the popup at the single product page.

    Hello, Luc,

    Thank you for the reply.

Here is what we can see via the Firefox browser – https://gyazo.com/002e5665044f2fbbf21e3367dba4f38b The popup works fine. Please update your browser and clear cache. If you are using additional extensions for Firefox, try to disable them and check one more time.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
