    ok i have created a statick block, in your pop up there are instructions:

    You can add any HTML here (admin -> Theme Options -> Promo Popup).
    We suggest you create a static block and put it here using shortcode

    i have created my statick block, how do i get the shortcode of the static block i have created pls?

    Hello,

    You need use this shortcode [block id= " "] and write id of your static block.
    You can find the id this way:
    http://imgur.com/zr0BJ1M
