Sticky header – bottom (smart, sticky, custom) not working

Hello,

I’ve set the bottom header to be sticky. Nothing happens – neither with smart, sticky or custom option. I do notice when you scroll up to the very top of the page the header flashes.

Hello,

It was caused by Yellowpencil. I didn’t test if it was becouse of the plugin or the css code inside – i just deleted it.
