Sticky header doesn’t work as I would like

Hello, please help.

I’m enabling Sticky Header, and the bars overlap each other, and I don’t know how to fix it. I need both to stay stuck.

Thanks, it’s almost how I’d like it, and I appreciate your help.

The content should be centered and the menu bar should be full width, but the content should be in the center like this screenshot. Is this possible?

Could you please tell me how it was adjusted so I can keep it in mind for future sites with your templates?
