Hello,
we have built the header with Elementor, as you have shown.
But there are problems with the sticky.
Only the main area should be displayed sticky.
Meanwhile, the top and bottom areas overlap behind the main area.
We just can’t get it fixed.
regards
Patrick

Hi,
i have read this: https://www.8theme.com/topic/header-not-showing-correctly-elements-are-sticked-together/#post-401984 but cannot understand right.
We have 1 Main Container and 4 Sub Container.
1 of this Sub Container is only for mobile version.
I can’t find an error from our side.
regards
Patrick
Dear @PJone,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to recommend that you view our tutorial on how to effectively use the sticky and overlap headers available at https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/. For optimal functionality of the Sticky header, it is essential to place all necessary elements within a single container and enable the XStore sticky feature solely for this parent container.
Should you require further assistance after reviewing the tutorial, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to support you.

Again… your documentation is no help!!!
I bought 30 licenses for the theme and I’m getting strange answers.
I think that’s very bad and will rate my experience accordingly.
AGAIN:
I have a top header area, main header and bottom header.
Only the top header area should be displayed via sticky.
With my setting, which you wrote to me in another post, it works so far.
However, there is a bug. When scrolling up, the top and bottom areas of the header are loaded under the main header area.
If I change it now as you described differently from the previous topic, then the top and bottom areas will also be loaded as sticky!
That shouldn’t be the case.
Dear @PJone,
I hope this message finds you well. Could you kindly take a moment to review the header on your earliest convenience? Additionally, if the settings do not function as anticipated, please provide us with a description of the expected results along with the relevant screenshots.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
