Okey, Thanks for helping.
Hello, Annixum,
1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for problem.
Let us know the results.
2/ There is no such possibility for the secondary menu, unfortunately.
Kind Regards,

Do all this thing but still same.
Hello, Annixum,
You had an extra multiple header created for the entire site ( https://prnt.sc/s-729Qstpwb1 ) which does not have any sense because ‘Default header’ is used for the entire site by default, and multiple headers are recommended to use only for specific conditions like Single product pages, Archives or Custom page by id.
You may watch the tutorial on how to use and create multiple headers here -> https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc
For now, we changed the condition of your custom header to make it shown only on the 404 page. You can remove this header fully after you check if the issues are fixed on your web-site -> https://prnt.sc/y059GS8_8-h7
