Hello,
It seems that sticky main header doesn’t work both Desktop and Mobile.
It worked before but strangely now not?

Hello, @Brunos,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1/ Please check to activate the XStore parent theme under (Appearance > Themes) on your site and let us know the result.
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
I have followed all suggestions and unfortunately it doesn’t work.
1/ The site no longer looks like anything when the parent theme is activated
2/ The problem persist by reseting cache server and browser, and deactivated most plugins.
Hello, @Brunos,
Thank you for your response.
We wish to inform you that we have temporarily activated the Xstore parent theme on your website and have confirmed that the Sticky option is functioning correctly.
It appears that the issue is isolated to the child theme.
To address this matter, we kindly request that you download and install the updated child theme provided for your website. We have conveniently archived the necessary files in the Private Content area for your access.
We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
We trust that this solution will rectify the problem you’ve been experiencing. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.
Best Regards,

HEllo, I have updated the Child Theme, and problem persists.
So I remembered that I have added a custom css code to change presentation of single product page:
/* Bruno espace entre tab description et review Page wrapper */
.template-container .page-wrapper{
transform:translatex(0px) translatey(0px);
}
I discovered that it was this code that was causing the problem. I removed it because in fact I don’t need it. Now Sticky header works fine.
Than you very much for your help!
