Sticky menu is still appearing although I’ve deactivated it

Hi Support Team,
I’m a new user of XStore and Elementor, still quite confused on how the Theme/Site/Custom-Builder and Elementor play their part in each aspect of site-editing.

I’ve built a custom header, based on one of the default samples. Made a lot of changes to that header, but the original header design keeps appearing as a sticky-header, when I scroll slowly up the page (the original header has a dark blue fill, with a faded leaf graphic on left side), how do I stop it displaying? I’d just like the plain white-background header I designed to be shown, no dark-blue sticky menu.

Thanks, the Theme seems great except for this bug (or my lack of skill understanding the editing tools).

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hi 8Theme Team,

I’ve copied the temporary login credentials into the PCA field.

I haven’t made any backups of the individual changes to settings. I’ve made some custom CSS changes, they’re in the Theme-builder CSS window.

The WooCommerce log-in and cart popups were on wrong z-index (when opened they were partially hidden by page content container). My CSS fixed that, but required 100px padding at the top of each Single page.
