Sticky menu is stuck when scrolling down and up again

I’ve activated the sticky menu and chosen “smart”.

Two problems.

1) When scrolling down the menu and logo is offset.
2) The menu is locked after scrolling down and up again.

Content is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Number 1) is gone when I’m not logged in.

But 2) is still a problem. When I choose Stacked the menu is gone…
