    Hallo ,

Stock on product page: backend stock does not match the view on the product page If I set the stock to 1 for a variant, it is 0 in the frontend (for the variant or the article is not available…. )

somehow there is an error in the code…
this may have been the case for a long time… since I have never used it aktiv but now i have own stock…

I need a professional to take a look … my login data is in the private area…

I have taken pictures of the backend and frontend… there you can see that the backend stock is 1 but is not available in the frontend…. Maybe I broke something here a long time

    ago… I honestly don’t know why the error is there…… I haven’t used it for years…

    frontend

    Hello, @Nio,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We have checked product stock variation stock value 1 on our test site and found no issue, it is working correctly.

1/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
