Store Database Update required - by awdigital

Hi, I have updated to the latest version and it says Database update required for Store but can’t any options to do so. Also appears maybe because of which the saved theme options for header etc are not showing as usual. Please see private area for details and credentials. Thanks.

Hello,

Problem caused by the woo.php file that you placed to child theme. Don’t copy files from the framework folder to child theme, if you need to change any function from these files copy just function to child theme functions.php, don’t copy the whole file.

could you please instruct how I could do that? Also, the design elements have changed and the website does not appear to be the same.

Hello,

Read here on how to use child theme https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/
For example you need to change etheme_my_account_title() function from woo.php, then copy this function to child theme functions.php and change the function according to your needs.

What theme version did you have before? We made a lot of style and layout changes in version 5.x of our theme.
