Hi, we get a strange ajax error, only in chrome. I can’t find the problem. Can you help me? https://imgur.com/a/ODLdurT
I’ve provided you with the login credentials.
Thanks
Hello,
1) Our user does not have access to theme options, themes or plugins https://prnt.sc/1x3qds8
Please, change the permissions of our user to allow us to check the mentioned things.
2) I don’t see Ajax error but I see js error in console https://prnt.sc/1x3qiz2 So, provide us also with the FTP access to your site to check it in more detail.

Hi,
I’ve provided you with full acces.
Hello,
It looks that issue appears if the Weglot Translate plugin is enabled. Contact plugin author with this question, please.

Thanks, I’ve contacted weglot. I will keep you updated.

Hi, where can I find the license key of wpbakery? Thanks
Hello,
The plugins included with our theme are external. We have purchased an Extended License for each of these plugins. They are fully functional and should run perfectly.
The latest plugin versions are always available. You can find them in the theme folder, and you can get them directly from us. Simply login to your account on our site ( http://www.8theme.com/my-account/), go to the https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ page, enter your purchase code, and you’ll be granted access to the appropriate archives.
Registration of these plugins is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation.
The plugin activation option was added only for those who need to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. If you need this option, you will first need to purchase and register the plugin.

Thanks!
I have an other question about redid cache. If it is OK I ask it here.
After installing the redis cache plugin and connecting it. The black background at a HTML block disappear. How can I fixt that?

Hello,
Not sure about this. Maybe some kind of object cache. Contact plugin author about this.

I’ve contacted our host, they serve us the redis cache option. They recommended us to use the w3 cache plugin instead of the redis cache plugin.
We have the same problem with the w3 super cache plugin. They send us back to the theme developer with this question. Maybe there is something not okay with the css?
Same problem with these icons on the product page. It is also a static block.
When emptying the cache it loads ok. When visiting an other product it is broken.

Keep static block cache disabled https://prnt.sc/1y2jz1l and also Object cache disabled https://prnt.sc/1y2k1in
Check site now, please.
